40 Weeks Old

It's hard to believe that we have been taking pictures with Audrey's bear for 40 weeks now. Time is just flying by! She is growing so fast and changing every day. Audrey started back at "school" this week (as did Mommy) and she seems to be enjoying being back with her friends again. It sure beats hanging out in Mommy's classroom while she tries to get some things done. :) She is still trying hard to figure out this whole walking thing and just yesterday she learned to climb the stairs (see video post below). She is getting a lot better at waving and she still likes to clap her hands when she is proud of something she has done. She also really enjoys "reading" all her board books and then telling Mommy and Daddy what they were about, although sometimes they also make a pretty great chew toy.

Audrey's New Trick

Nine Months Old

Where has the time gone? It's hard to believe that it's already been nine months since Audrey was born. Justin and I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful baby and we so thankful that she is healthy and happy. We love her more than she will ever know and we always love watching her grow and learn new things.We celebrated her nine month birthday in Disneyland this past week and we just got home last night to take a few photos. :)

Audrey is growing like a weed. She is laughing more now and is even a little ticklish at times. She "talks" all the time. She can say Mama, Dada and her own versions of dog, cat and no. We haven't really found anything she doesn't like to eat yet. Audrey loves to feed herself and likes to eat whatever we are eating. She especially likes fruit and of course ice-cream. :) She has six teeth now (four top and two bottom) and she seems to be chewing a lot this week so I think that more are on the way.

Audrey is furniture walking all over the place and pulling herself up on just about everything that doesn't move. Just this past week she has started to let go and try to stand on her own (before falling on her bum) and she is also jumping from furniture to furniture. It don't think it will be long before we are posting about her first steps. She is almost always happy and is generally easy to please. She is busy, but I am hoping that will translate to hard working someday. :)

Disneyland Part Three

Okay...last set of photos from Disneyland...I promise. :)

Despite Justin being in meetings for a few days, we still had lots of time to enjoy Disneyland and the sunny weather this week. It was a bit hot, but the pool was great for cooling off and we enjoyed taking afternoon naps in our air conditioned hotel room. Overall we had a great vacation and we are already planning our next trip to see Mickey!
