One Year- 10 Weeks

Miss Hadley is getting to be such a big girl! She is saying, and signing, new words all the time and is getting better about asking for the things she wants. Hadley has enjoyed the warmer weather this week and had an especially great time swimming in our friends' pool yesterday. She loves to play at the park, swing, and go for walks. She hates the sprinkler and shower, but has really enjoyed taking a few baths without her sisters or her bath seat this past week. Hadley fell and skinned her knee yesterday but doesn't seem to be too bothered by it. She can also now open all of our doors in the house, which is proving to be a bit of a pain for everyone involved.

One Year- 9 Weeks

Our Hadley Roo is having a pretty great summer. She loves the park, going for walks, and had a great time at the family campout in Tillamook this past weekend. Hadley can now blow kisses and is pretty good at signing or asking for the things she wants. She still loves dancing and reading books and always wants to do whatever her sisters are doing. Hadley has learned to point to her nose and mouth and is working on her eyes and ears. She is also learning animal sounds, although right now her version of every animal sound is very similar to the growl of a dinosaur. Hadley has the best laugh and we absolutely love her smile. =)

Myers Family Campout

We celebrated Grandma Go Seahawk's 60th birthday at the family campout this weekend. The party was of course, Seahawks themed, and we had a great time enjoying an afternoon with family and friends.

One Year- 8 Weeks

Hadley seems to be much happier the last few days. She still isn't sleeping great at night, but she hasn't been as fussy during the day so we are hoping she's on the mend. This week Hadley has started to point to her nose when asked and also says "cheese" when we take her picture. She has been trying to make animal sounds when we read any book with an animal, although every animal makes the same sound in her mind right now. Hadley is starting to get too small for many of her 18 month clothes and we updated her closets with her 24 month/2T stash this past weekend. She is also wanting to do everything on her own, which does at times, cause some frustration for everyone involved. We are thankful though, that she is learning so much right now and are excited for each new development along the way.
