Four Years- 9 Months

How can this little lady be big enough for Pre-Kindergarten? Audrey was super excited to find out that she has a spot in the Hopkins Pre-K this fall. She will ride the bus to and from school and is VERY excited about her new backpack and lunch box! Audrey had a great time at the Tillamook County Fair and especially loved showing "her" cow Kenzie. She has also been loving her gymnastic class and having lots of playdates with friends this summer. Audrey is getting really good at writing all her letters, drawing pictures and we have even started to work on learning to read a bit. We took the training wheels off her bike and she has also been practicing balancing on that as well. Audrey surprised us all this week when she also told us that her two front teeth were wiggly...and they were! This little girl growing up WAY too fast but we could not be more thankful for the smart, caring girl she is growing up to be!

New Backpacks

Thanks Grandma Liz and Papa Doug for the new backpacks and lunch boxes! We are one step closer to being ready for school.
I can't believe Audrey is going to be in Pre-K. Where has the time gone?

Oaks Park

We had a great time at Oaks Park with our friends Catie and Brennan today. Lilly wanted to ride everything and Audrey was scared of everything but we still had a wonderful day!

Two Years- 5 Months

Well we all knew it was just a matter of time before this little lady broke a bone and three weeks ago that's exactly what happened. Lilly fell off the top of her sister's bunk bed and fractured her wrist. At first she wasn't too sure about wearing her really cool waterproof cast, but after the first day she did great and now tomorrow she is all done wearing it. A fractured wrist hasn't bothered Lilly in the least and she is still her happy daring self. Lilly has still been enjoying swim lessons and gymnastic classes this month. She did really well in the bigger girl swimming class a few weeks ago and is ready to graduate to the next gymnastic level as well. Lilly also had a super fun time at the Tillamook Fair last week. She especially enjoyed holding the bunnies, showing her heifer Phoebe, sitting on all the tractors, and riding the rides. Lilly's favorite rides at the fair were the super slide and the roller coaster. She still loves to play with mommy's ears, snuggle and swim. Mommy is a little sad that school is just a few weeks away but Lilly is more than ready to be back at Teacher Carol's playing with all her friends.

Tillamook Fair 2015

We had such an awesome week at the Tillamook County Fair. The girls loved all the animals, tractors, rides and activities. We had two very tired and dirty girls at the end of each day but it was great to make so many wonderful memories with family and friends! Can't wait to go back next year!

Audrey with "her" heifer Kenzie. A big thanks to Katie for always sharing Kenzie with us.
