Carving Pumpkins

Grandma Liz and Papa Doug joined us for dinner and some pumpkin carving fun! They even spoiled the girls with some fun Halloween treats.

Hadley wasn't really into pumpkins

Audrey was so proud of herself. She carved all her pumpkins by herself this year.

School Photos

I just wanted a headshot of each girl to remember their fourth and second grade years, but the photographer took some other cute shots as well, so we bought them all. Then the next week I found out we are approved to have real school pictures (Covid style) in November. Guess we'll have two sets!

Two Years- 5 Months

Hadley Mae has such a BIG personality! She is sweet as can be, but does have a sour side too, so she's always keeping us on our toes. Right now, Hadley loves to sing and color. She brings home lots of coloring projects from school each day and sings us multiple songs every night at bed time. She seems excited about Halloween and keeps telling everyone about her bunny costume. When we drive around town, Audrey and Lilly point out Halloween decorations to Hadley and she fake screams every time and tells us she's scared...followed by a laugh because she thinks she's so funny! Right now she doesn't really like to take baths and she especially hates to have her hair washed. She hasn't been eating great the last few weeks, but she does love her "coffee" warm chocolate milk every morning and evening. This firecracker keeps us laughing every day and we couldn't be more blessed to have her in our family.

Pumpkin Patch Fun

After family photos this morning we made a trip to Papa's Pumpkins in Sherwood. The girls loved picking out their pumpkins and were excited to get more than one each this year. Hadley picked several, but snuck out all but three before we checked out.

Hadley watched the little bug on this pumpkin for quite some time...
