Tulip Festival

We had a great time at the Woodburn Tulip Festival this weekend. It was pretty muddy, but we still enjoyed the beautiful flowers and Hadley even got to walk around a bit (her first time wearing real shoes)! Audrey and Lilly were super excited to get to go up in a hot air balloon, although Hadley wasn't as happy to have to wait for them.

First ponytail 

47 Weeks Old

This little love will be 11 months old Sunday! My how fast time has gone. She is walking all over the place now and can climb our stairs in nothing flat. Hadley is finally starting to feel a little better this week and is sleeping longer stretches (2-3 hours) again. She still has a bit of a cough and a runny nose, but even still is happy most of the time. Hadley has figured out how to use a straw and she loves to try to drink from mommy's water cup. She has also been a great sport about sitting through some of mommy's work events and sister's t-ball practices while daddy was out of town. She's happy as long as she has snacks! =) We sure do love our sweet, smiley Hadley Roo!

Hadley’s Walking

46 Weeks Old

This sweet girl has another ear infection and two new teeth! Needless to stay she hasn't been sleeping much this week. She is still happy during the day though, and is really starting to take off her with walking. Hadley tries to climb everything and is very good at getting into the cupboards. She is always "talking" up a storm and has also found her singing voice. Hadley loves to clap and wave and has recently figured out how to drink from a sippy cup and a straw. She cries every time we buckle her into her carseat, but doesn't seem to mind riding in the car once we get going. We sure do love our sweet and sassy little lady. She makes our lives complete in every way! 

Starting Off April

Audrey had a great time at the turkey hunting clinic with Justin and Papa Doug. She learned to call turkeys, shoot a gun, and practiced her archery skills. 

Miss Hadley is now into everything (except when she is sleeping)!

45 Weeks Old

Hadley Roo is growing up so quickly! She loves to climb and tries to get into everything. Hadley can now wave and is also starting to "shriek" when she doesn't get what she wants. She was excited to meet her new cousin this past week and really enjoyed being home for spring break. She tried egg drop soup, which she loved, and also enjoyed some cantaloupe. Hadley had her first swim this week and moved into a big girl carseat from Auntie Emily!
