One Year- 14 Weeks

Hadley started back to daycare this week. She hasn't been wanting to nap for Teacher Carol, but she is loving playing with all her friends. She is all smiles at pick-up and seems to be loving every minute of "school." Hadley now says "bye-bye" and is getting really good at waving to everyone she meets. She LOVES music and books, and her little shoulder shrug dance is the absolute cutest. It is fun to watch her learn new things each day and it's especially exciting to see her understanding what we are saying when we talk to her. She is definitely our happy girl and we are loving watching her grow into her own little person. 

One Year- 13 Weeks

Hadley is talking up a storm! Some of her new words this week are, "there you go" and "yah." She has decided that she does not need help to feed herself, and especially enjoys eating yogurt and ice-cream all by herself. Hadley continues to love the bath and has officially graduated out of using her baby bath seat. She also loves flushing the toilet and trying to "help" get toilet paper for anyone she thinks may need it. Hadley still enjoys brushing and flossing her teeth, and is especially excited about her new electric toothbrush. She has been napping great the last several weeks, but is still working on a more consistent routine at night. We are hoping that improves once she gets these last few teeth and gets back on a regular school schedule. Hadley starts back to Teacher Carol's on Monday and is very excited to see her friends!

A huge thank you to the amazing Stephanie Feenstra of Stephanie Klein Photography. She is always so patient with our girls* and squeezed our family in for photos on the morning of July 5th so we could capture some pictures of Lilly without her front teeth.
