Miss Audrey is getting to be such a big girl. She attended pre-k round up last week and loved every minute of it. We don't find out until next week if there will be room for her (it's a need based pre-k and we don't meet the criteria, but might get a wait list spot). She has been practicing for school though and is getting good at copying any letter we write and has mastered many of her letter sounds. Audrey is only two verses away from finishing her AWANA Cubbie's book. She may be the only kiddo in her class of 24 that completes the book this year! We also ordered her dance recital costume this week and she is excited to be signed up for swim lessons and gymnastics this summer. We could not be more proud of the girl that Audrey is growing up to be. She is a great sister and a wonderful friend and we are so thankful for her kind heart.

Sunny Beach Weekend
We had a great time at the beach house this weekend. The weather was beautiful and the girls played in the lake, enjoyed some time at the beach in the sand and played at the park. Auntie Kate joined us for a few days and Audrey even had a sleepover with Grandma Lynne and Papa Randy!

One More Egg Hunt
It was so fun to have one last egg hunt this weekend! Audrey had been asking to hunt eggs with her cousin Walker since Easter so we put together one last hunt in Grandma Liz and Papa Doug's back yard after her weekend sleepover. The kids had a blast and Lillian was especially excited about more chocolate!!

Two Years- 1 Month
This little lady is completely potty trained! She's been wearing big girl panties for three weeks now and has only had a few accidents. We are so proud of her! Lilly can also now sing all the letters in the ABC's and count to 12 without any help. She loves doing "school work" at Teacher Carol's and she also loves playing school in the bathtub with her soap crayons. Lilly has enjoyed our sunny afternoons and has loved being outside to ride bikes and color with chalk. She is also excited to start swim lessons in June.

Name Blankets
My sweet Mama gave me the BEST Easter gift! My Grandma Bert made one of these name blankets for each of her grandkids (and her sister's kids too) and now my mom is making them for her grand babies! My original blanket from my grandma is literally loved to pieces (see pictures to follow) so my Mama surprised me with a new one she made for me! I love it and appreciate her thoughtfulness more than she will ever know.
Each blanket has our names and birth stats. The fabric on the sock is the same fabric that backed my original name blanket.
The dark blue school print trim fabric is the last fabric my grandma purchased before her accident. My mom has added it to all the name blankets she's made since.

Easter Weekend 2015
We had a wonderful Easter weekend celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior! The girls loved hunting for eggs and it was nice to have some down time with family and friends.
An after dinner campfire :)
