Audrey Anne is such a big girl. She loves to help, talk and figure out how things work. She sings "Crazy Train" with Daddy and she is also getting better at singing her ABCs. Audrey says "cute" all the time now and she also thinks things are "precious." We had an 18-month photo shoot this weekend and I can't wait to see how the pictures turn out. She was a little tired but I'm still hopeful we got a few good photos.

18 Months Old
Audrey is 1 1/2 today! She is such a fun age and we are enjoying every moment with her. We have her 18 month check up tomorrow to see how much she's grown. Her hair is finally long enough for "real" piggy tails and she actually leaves them in for most of the day. She has learned how to climb onto the counter and gets very mad if we make her get down. Daddy calls Audrey "pumpkin" and this week Audrey started calling Daddy "Daddy-punkin." She is getting really good at undressing herself and she can put on her boots (and sometimes her pants) all by herself. Audrey still loves to color and read books and there isn't much she won't say if we ask her to repeat something.
Audrey's Half Birthday
Audrey is 1 1/2 today! She is such a big girl and is SO very spoiled. :) Grandma Lynne and Auntie Emily sent some 1/2 birthday presents for her to open. She was VERY excited!

Weekend Fun
We spent a rainy Sunday at the zoo with Papa Doug and Grandma Liz this weekend. Audrey had fun running around and most of the animals were out enjoying the drizzle. Afterward, we made a trip up to Bonneville Dam Fish Hatchery to check out the fish.

One year- 25 weeks
What a beautiful week it has been. Audrey has really been enjoying all the warm sunshine and our time playing outside. She loves anything with water and had a great time playing in the sprinkler this weekend (as long as the grass didn't touch her bare feet). She has also enjoyed playing "Nerf Guns" with daddy and she especially enjoys collecting all the darts and bringing them back to him, something daddy rather enjoys as well. :) Audrey hasn't been feeling super great this week and hasn't been eating too much. I think her molars are bothering her. We did have a wonderful Mother's Day though and I was very excited about my massage gift certificate, jewelry box and pedicure! I am one lucky mama. Audrey even went poo-poo in the potty before bed that night, bringing a perfect ending to a perfect day. :)

One year- 24 weeks
The princess is growing like a weed. She talks and talks and talks (I wonder which parent she gets that from) and she loves to tell us about everything. She is very good about asking for what she wants and is using lots of complete sentences now. Audrey LOVES the iPad and is getting very good at her shape puzzle game. She also loves to be a "helper" and is very happy if she has a job to do. Audrey tried salmon this week and really seemed to like it. She is usually very good about trying new foods and there aren't many things she doesn't like.
Weekend in Tillamook
Audrey had a great time in Tillamook last weekend. She loved visiting the Coppini's farm for the Junior Holstein Sale and she also had a great time "swimming" in Grandma and Grandpa's hot tub. :)

Kisses from the Brown Swiss
More cow kisses!

One year- 23 weeks
Our little toddler is learning so much every week. She is talking up a storm and can now say "sorry" and "I dropped it." She also loves to say, "Where's Dadda? Dadda at work!" She knows the names and sounds for LOTS of different animals, her new ones this week are turkey and goat. Audrey still eats like a champ and is also still working on getting her first two-year molar. Her hair is getting pretty long, so long that I even have to watch out for tangles when we brush it out in the morning. :) She is still using the potty when we are home and have time. She hasn't quite figured out the "when to go" part but she loves to go when you sit her on the potty. Audrey is such a happy, smart, inquisitive girl and we could not be more thankful for our precious little muffin.
