27 Weeks Old

Our little muffin is 27 weeks old today and busy as can be. She weighed 17.3 lbs (80th percentile) and was 27.5 inches long (97th percentile) at her 6 month check-up last week. She has two bottom teeth and has been working on a pair of top teeth this week. She eats all kinds of new foods now, but her favorites are pears, apples and sweet potatoes. Audrey is trying very hard to pull herself up and she loves it when Daddy will help her stand and "walk around." She isn't too sure about the crawling thing, but I am sure it won't be long before she is moving all over the house. Still no giggles...but she is a proficient growler. Guess Mommy will have to take what she can get. :)

Little Miss is such a spoiled girl. She had another half birthday party in Tillamook this weekend. She was a little fussy (I think she is working on another tooth) but she had a fun time and was so glad that everyone could come for a visit.

Six Month Photo Shoot

26 Weeks Old

Well...Sweet Pea is 26 weeks today. She is changing so much every week. She is sitting on her own for long periods of time to play with her toys and is trying to lift her little bum in the air to start crawling. She has cut TWO teeth this week and even had a little celebration for her half birthday this past weekend. :)

Six Months Old

I cannot believe it has already been six months since Miss Audrey joined our family! We are so blessed that God has given us such a special little girl. She is growing up so fast and we love her more and more every day.

25 Weeks Old

Our little one has had a very busy week. On Saturday she decided that she could sit up on her own that she no longer needed Mommy or Daddy's help to play with her toys. She is also thinking that it might be fun to figure out how to crawl and has been scooting around on her tummy trying to get places. It won't be long before she's moving around the house all by herself. :) She is recovering well from her cold (at least she can breath while she eats now) and is working on getting a tooth. She is chewing on everything! Yet another week with no giggles, but Mommy got lots of snuggles instead so that's okay.

Sitting Up All By Herself

24 Weeks Old

Little Miss is 24 weeks old today. She is growing up so fast! Audrey loves to "talk" and has been saying "dadada" all the time. Mommy doesn't count it as her first word since she doesn't know what it means, but it sure sounds like "dada" when you hear it. She is almost sitting up by herself and she loves to roll all over the floor. We haven't weighed her in a while, but I know she is growing like a weed. She caught Mommy's cold this week and hasn't been feeling 100% but even with a stuffy nose she still has some smiles for this week's picture. Still no giggles yet, but she has done a deep little "huh, huh" man laugh. It's only happend once or twice and I am not counting it as her first laugh. (I know, I know, Mommy is a stickler for reaching those milestones). :)

Mother's Day!

My first Mother's Day was absolutely perfect! It was so nice to just relax and enjoy a day with Justin and Audrey. I am one lucky Mama to have such a sweet little girl and such a thoughtful loving husband. God has truly blesses me far beyond what I deserve.
