One year- 35 weeks

Summer sure is flying by. Not many more weeks before we're back to school. Audrey has had a fun and busy week. We went to Pendleton for Aunt Emily and Uncle Josh's baby gender reveal party (they are having a girl!) and Audrey had fun riding in Grandpa Randy's motorhome. We also had fun at Grandpa Doug's retirement party last night and we even went to the Sherwood Parade last Saturday. Audrey is talking up a storm and running all over the place. She loves "doughn-buts" and "nuggets" and is very good about letting us know, "I no like it" when she doesn't like something.  Audrey loves to be busy and is happiest when our days are filled with activities and lots of people. :)

One year- 34 weeks

Little Miss has really been enjoying summer. She LOVES going to the park and taking the dogs for a walk when Daddy gets home from work. She has been singing all the time and is getting much better at her counting. We have had fun doing some sight seeing this week with our friend Leah who is here from Vermont. Audrey loves having someone other than Mom and Dad at the house. :)

One year- 33 weeks

Audrey is getting so big. We just love watching her grow. I have been babysitting a little boy a few days a week and she loves hanging out with AJ. She also loves playing at the park with all the big kids and "swimming" in the water areas. We went to the library story time today and she loved singing songs and dancing with all the other little girls there. Audrey talks a mile a minute and always has something to tell us...but we wouldn't have it any other way. :)

Brownsmead Fireworks

On Saturday we went to Brownsmead to enjoy a picnic and firework show with my dad's side of the family. Audrey had a great time walking up and down the road along the river and she really enjoyed the fireworks (even though she slept through the last half of the show). :)

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July. We spent most of the day outside helping Grandpa Doug with his gazebo. The girls also took a little break to do some shopping at the mall. :)

Airplane!

Audrey LOVED the fireworks! She wasn't too sure about being close to them or holding a sparkler, but she had a great time watching them from her chair. Audrey also pointed out every firework she saw in the sky while we were driving home last night. :) 

We are looking forward to more firework fun on Saturday.   

One year- 32 weeks

Happy 4th of July!

Audrey is still growing like a weed and getting smarter every day. We have been working on Grandpa Doug's gazebo for the past two days and Audrey has really enjoyed running around outside and playing in the dirt with her cousin Walker. She is learning new words every day and she loves to sing (but usually only when she's riding in the car or her stroller). She can sing her ABCs almost perfectly but every time we try to record it she just stops and smiles. :) Audrey is also getting good at counting, although it usually goes...1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, 16. We have been working a lot on saying 10 so she has been doing better with that. Now we just need to tackle 4 and 5. :)
