Week One

Well...we've had Daisy for a week now and she has already made herself at home. We just love having her and are enjoying her happy disposition and sweet nature.

Sleeping on her new bed (she also loves to sleep with us in our bed).

We learned very quickly to store the dog food a little farther back on the counter. :) Don't worry, we were there when it happened and the girls didn't get to eat too much.

A Day At the Farm

Just some fun pictures from my parent's farm.
Regan and Daisy loved the water!
Good thing we visit often. :)

The old hallow tree in our field.
The irrigation pond.

The creek that runs through the farm.

The girls loved the water.

Daisy, in a patch of daisies!

Justin and his girls.

Drying off in the car before we load up the creates and go home.

Happy Easter

So Justin and I had a busy Easter (with lots of driving) but it was worth it to spend the day with all our family. We spent Saturday evening with Justin's parents and went to church and brunch with his family on Easter morning. After that we left for Tillamook and spent the evening with my family. "Grandma Lynne" had lots of fun treats for my cousin's two little girls (and for us too) and we had lots of fun watching Hallie and Grace hunt for eggs. It was a wonderful day and a perfect way to reflect on how grateful we are for all that God has done for us!

I really didn't get any good pictures of them actually hunting for eggs, but here are a few of the girls opening up the eggs at the table. They were pretty excited about all the candy. :)

Kylie Ann is 6 months old!

Okay, I know these are a little old, but they are just too cute not to post. March 15th was Kylie Ann's 1/2 birthday. I know Justin and Graydon don't "believe in half birthdays" but Jen and I had a fun time celebrating with the girls. We enjoyed a few small gifts and some cupcakes (which the boys ate their fair share of despite their non-believe in 1/2 birthdays). I can't believe how big "my girls" are getting. What a special part of my life. A big thanks to Jen for always sharing them with me. I love and miss you all.

I may have given the princess some frosting. :)

Opening her present, and eating some of the tissue paper (it was her favorite part).

No worries, Aunt Miranda brought some gifts for Avarie too!

All smiles on her 1/2 birthday! She loves to hear my story about the day when she was born. :)

Miss Regan

Good thing Regan doesn't mind riding in the car, because we are always going someplace. These pictures were all taken while we were waiting for Justin's parents outside the Dairy Queen. She likes to be out of her kennel when we stop and is always sad when she has to go back in for the driving part.
